What happens if we get no funding?

The nearly 500,000 Missourians who need our services (300,000 without a diploma and 200,000 who don’t speak English proficiently) will not have access to services that prepare them for the workforce. Missouri’s economic development will suffer.

What is HOUSE BILL NO. 2 of the 103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY?
