Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance, with a minor in Management Information Systems, from Truman State University. She has dedicated 13 years to Literacy KC, advancing into her current role as Chief Operations Officer and Assistant Director of Adult Education and Literacy (AEL).
