Cancellation Policy:
A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for any registrations canceled before 5:00 pm on May 15. No refunds will be issued after May 15. Substitutions may be made at no cost. Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to Shannon Hinson at shannonm@macc.edu. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone.
Conference Fee $385 (Early Bird Rate)
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE ends on April 30, 2025
Starting May 1, 2025 regular Conference Fee is $400
– Opening Session starts at 1:00 PM on June 17, 2025 –
Conference registration includes MAACCE and COABE membership for September 2025 to September 2026 and conference meals/snacks for registrant.
